Be respectful and safe
Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, exploit, discriminate against, or expose another person's private information. Sexual exploitation, hate content, violent threats, scams, impersonation, and coordinated abuse are not permitted.
Represent items and identities honestly
Use accurate descriptions, prices, images, stock, condition, delivery information, and account details. Do not manipulate reviews, misrepresent affiliation, sell counterfeit goods, or use IslandHub for spam.
Reporting and blocking
Use the report action on a listing or conversation when available, or contact support. You can block another user from direct messaging. Reports are reviewed without disclosing unnecessary reporter details to the reported person.
Enforcement and appeals
IslandHub may restrict, remove, suspend, or restore content or accounts based on severity, history, evidence, and marketplace risk. Moderator actions and reasons are recorded. To challenge a decision, contact support@islandhub.ky with the relevant listing, store, report, or account information.
