• Your name, contact information, and authority to act.
• The right claimed and a clear identification of the protected work, mark, or material.
• The exact IslandHub URL or listing identifier and the material at issue.
• A good-faith explanation of why the use is not authorised.
• A statement that the information supplied is accurate.

IslandHub may request clarification, restrict content while reviewing, notify the merchant without exposing unnecessary personal details, restore content when appropriate, and preserve an audit record. Repeat or bad-faith infringement may lead to account restrictions.

Affected users may respond with evidence of ownership, permission, authenticity, or lawful use. IslandHub may ask the parties to resolve complex disputes through the appropriate legal process.
