Before submitting a notice
Confirm that you own or are authorised to act for the relevant right and consider whether the use may be licensed or otherwise permitted. IslandHub cannot provide legal advice or decide ownership disputes.
What a notice should include
- Your name, contact information, and authority to act.
- The right claimed and a clear identification of the protected work, mark, or material.
- The exact IslandHub URL or listing identifier and the material at issue.
- A good-faith explanation of why the use is not authorised.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate.
Review process
IslandHub may request clarification, restrict content while reviewing, notify the merchant without exposing unnecessary personal details, restore content when appropriate, and preserve an audit record. Repeat or bad-faith infringement may lead to account restrictions.
Response and appeal
Affected users may respond with evidence of ownership, permission, authenticity, or lawful use. IslandHub may ask the parties to resolve complex disputes through the appropriate legal process.
Submit a request
Choose intellectual-property infringement in the report interface or send the details to support@islandhub.ky. The formal Cayman-specific notice procedure remains subject to legal review.
