- Illegal goods, stolen property, and goods obtained through fraud.
- Weapons, explosives, instructions intended to cause harm, and items whose sale is unlawful.
- Controlled drugs, unsafe substances, and prescription-only products sold without lawful authority.
- Counterfeit goods, pirated material, and items that infringe intellectual-property rights.
- Human remains, exploitative sexual content, private personal data, and products that facilitate abuse.
- Recalled, materially unsafe, or deceptively labelled goods.
Restricted items
Age-restricted goods, food, alcohol, medicines, animals, plants, financial products, regulated equipment, and imported goods may require licences, verification, special handling, or may not be suitable for IslandHub. Publication does not mean IslandHub has confirmed legality.
Seller responsibilities
Before listing, confirm the item can legally be advertised, sold, delivered, exported, and imported; retain relevant licences; provide safety warnings; and use accurate category, condition, origin, and authenticity information.
Review and removal
IslandHub may ask for evidence, restrict visibility, cancel publication, or refer a matter to appropriate authorities. This baseline requires Cayman legal review before it is treated as a complete jurisdiction-specific list.
Report an item
Use the listing report control or contact support. Include the listing URL and reason; do not purchase an item merely to investigate it.
