Shipping

This vehicle is in China and if you would like to buy it, we can have it shipped in the next available boat. It usually takes about 3 to 6 weeks to purchase the vehicle, complete all export formalities and get a shipment booking. After the vehicle is shipped, it takes about 30 days for it to arrive in Kingston, Jamaica and then usually another 2-8 weeks, but sometime more, for the vehicle to arrive on the Island.

Payments

You will first pay around 25-30% for the Chinese Vendor to contact the distribution warehouse of the Manufacturer. Then another 40-50% after they provide us with the VIN and other details of the vehicle reserved for us. After this payment the vehicle will be shipped. Third Payment will be around 20% and it will be after we submit the documents for the customs clearance and the balance at the time of vehicle delivery.

Clean Up & Polishing

This is a new vehicle and so it will not require any thorough cleaning. Just a little vacuuming and wiping off the dust all around. We will then buff and polish the whole body because all vehicles are exposed to the harsh elements and/or salted air for several months throughout the voyage. Then we will apply one or two layers of Ceramic Wax or Ceramic Coating for a smooth finish.

Delivery

We can take care of the Insurance, if you want us to. We can or we will do the DVDL inspection and get the Certificate of Road-worthiness, Ownership documents, tag and the new plates. The cost of the insurance and the Govt. Licensing fees is not included in the price. Licensing is normally around CI$300 for a year and a full Comprehensive Insurance is usually around $900-1000 per year for most vehicles and for most drivers.
