Use Profile to create a store if you need one. If you already have a store, open Settings.
1Complete your storefront
In Basic Information, check the store name, description, category, address, store URL, and opening hours. Save your changes.
In Store Appearance, add or update the logo and banner. Preview your public store after saving. Check the store’s status in Profile or Settings and use the publish or open action when you are ready.
Publishing your store and publishing its listings are separate steps. Check your listings as well.
2Check your pickup address
Open Delivery settings. Add or correct the pickup address using the address controls shown. Check the map location as well as the street details.
This is where orders leave from. An incomplete or incorrect map location can prevent delivery choices or make delivery charges inaccurate.
3Set up your own delivery
Turn on Enable store delivery if you will deliver orders yourself. Choose a pricing type:

| Flat rate | The same delivery charge for each eligible order. |
| Per mile | A charge based on the distance between the pickup and delivery locations. |
| Minimum delivery fee | The lowest delivery charge for per-mile pricing. |
| Maximum delivery fee | The highest delivery charge for per-mile pricing. |
| Maximum delivery distance | Buyers beyond this distance will not be offered seller delivery. |
| Free delivery over | Seller delivery becomes free when the buyer’s item subtotal meets this amount. |
Enter prices in KYD and distance in miles. If you set both a minimum and maximum fee, the minimum must not exceed the maximum.
Example: a flat rate of KYD 5 means an eligible order has a KYD 5 seller delivery charge. If you also set free delivery over KYD 50, qualifying item subtotals receive free seller delivery.
4Save and check the result
Select Save changes and wait for confirmation. Use the delivery fee preview where available to check your settings against a location.
Check each listing’s payment and delivery choices too. Store delivery settings do not replace the listing’s own delivery selection. IslandHub Delivery is a separate option from delivering the order yourself.
5Prepare to receive payments
Add your payout account in Bank Accounts under Profile for online sales. Read the fees shown in your order totals. The IslandHub fee also applies to the seller delivery charge on seller-delivery orders.
If delivery is not offered
Check that store delivery is enabled and saved, the pickup address has a valid map location, the buyer is within your delivery distance, and the listing offers the required payment and delivery options. Correct any warning shown before testing again.
