Bulk Import lets you add up to 100 listings from one spreadsheet. Your listings are saved as drafts. Buyers will only see them after you complete and publish them.
Open Bulk Import and sign in to your IslandHub account.
1Download and fill in the template
Select Download Template (.csv). Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets.
Keep the column headings unchanged. Replace the example listings with your own, using one row for each listing. Delete any example rows you do not want to import.

allowPickup, allowSellerDelivery, allowPartnerDelivery: Keep the template values for now. You will choose the delivery options on screen before importing.
Save the finished file as CSV (.csv). In Excel, choose a CSV format under Save As. In Google Sheets, download the sheet as comma-separated values (.csv). An Excel workbook (.xlsx) cannot be uploaded on this page.
2Upload your file
Return to IslandHub and select Next. Drag your CSV file into the upload area, or select Browse files and choose it.
When the file has usable listings, the review screen opens.
3Check your listings
Check the titles, categories, conditions, and prices. Also check the count above the table.
The count should match the number of listings you want to add. For example, “8/10 listings found” means two rows were not accepted and will not be imported.
If something is missing or incorrect, select Back, correct your spreadsheet, save it as CSV again, and upload the corrected file. When everything looks right, select Next.
4Choose payment and delivery
Choose In-App Payment (Recommended) or Cash only. Read the payment information shown on screen before choosing.
Then select at least one delivery option:
- Pickup: The buyer collects the item.
- Seller delivery: You deliver the item. Available with in-app payment.
- IslandHub Delivery: Use the platform’s delivery option. Available with in-app payment.
Cash-only imports use pickup.
These choices apply to every listing in this import and replace the payment and delivery values in your spreadsheet. If you need different choices for different items, import them in separate groups.
Select Next to save the listings. Wait while the button shows Importing….
5Finish and publish
The confirmation screen shows how many listings were saved as drafts. Select Review saved listings to open your unpublished listings.
For each listing, add photos, check the details, and complete any missing information. Publish it when it is ready for buyers.
If something does not work
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| The file is not accepted | Save it as a comma-separated CSV (.csv), keeping the original column headings. |
| Next is unavailable after uploading | Check that at least one row has all the required details and uses the exact type, condition, and payment values listed above. |
| A category is rejected | Check the category names and full path against IslandHub’s categories. Do not leave the category blank. |
| Fewer listings appear than expected | Check the missing items in your spreadsheet, especially their category, description, and condition. |
| The import exceeds the limit | Split your spreadsheet into files of no more than 100 listings each. |
| Only some listings were saved | Check your saved listings first. Upload only the missing items to avoid creating duplicates. |
Photos are added after importing. You do not need to put them in the spreadsheet.
